3. In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player (as defined below) must place an Eligible Bet (as defined below) during the Promotional Period.
4. Players must:
   1. be over 18 years old;
   2. be located in South Africa;
   3. be a new player; 
   4. arrive at sportingbet.co.za via the page advertising this promotion and register during the Promotional Period; 

Mechanics:

6. An Eligible Bet is a bet that complies with the following requirements:
1. it is the first bet placed on sportingbet.co.za using the token by an Eligible Player;
2. minimum stake of R50;
3. single and multi-bets will count towards this promotion;
4. sports bet and live bets will count towards this promotion;
5. web, tablet and mobile bets will count towards this promotion;
6. the token will be available for a limited time only and players must use their FreeBets within 7 days of registering;
7. a bet placed using a FreeBet will not count towards this promotion;
8. bets placed using Cash Out will not count towards this promotion;
9. bets placed on horse racing will not count towards this promotion;
10. system bets will not count towards this promotion; and
11. cancelled bets will not count towards this promotion.

7. If an Eligible Player places an Eligible Bet and any of the selections from the Eligible Bet loses:
1. we will issue a FreeBet equal to the stake amount of the losing selections of the Eligible Bet, up to R2,000;
2. freeBets will be issued when the Eligible Bet (including combi bets) are settled.

8. The FreeBet will be issued into the player’s account in accordance with these terms and conditions and the promotion “Mechanics” section of the player’s account.
9. In order to claim the FreeBet, players must log in to their account.
10. The FreeBet will be found above the bet slip.
11. The FreeBet can only be placed as one single bet on sportingbet.co.za
12. The FreeBet will be available for a limited time only and players must use their FreeBets within 14 days of it being issued (the "Time Limit“).
13. FreeBets will expire and shall be removed from the player’s account if not used within the Time Limit.
14. The value of the Free Bet will not be included in any winnings. If a player places a bet using their FreeBet and wins the bet, the net winnings from the FreeBet will be credited to the player’s account. 15. You cannot “Cash Out” your Free Bet.
16. If you have more than one FreeBet, the FreeBets will be activated one after another.

General

16. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
